My Name is Mel, a Mom to four, a friend to many & I like to think passion starts where the heart stands firm. That sacred firmness for my heart is with Truth. Birth is one of those truths i stand for. The intimate power of natural birth. My history in becoming an assisted birth person begin after my fourth baby was born. I gave birth to him at home unassisted in my comfy bath tub in which was perfect for the occasion, the hot water helped me so vividly through each contraction then Trevor Rises was born in just 1 hour and three pushes.. My mind was expanded, I was significantly empowered even more, inside I felt like a superwoman and in that moment I knew I would help other women know that they too can mentally prepare to believe and understand that we are truly powerful ,strong, divine and meant for this! I want women to know with a passion, that they only need strength of their own minds to birth their beautiful babies and that simply prepping the mind, can make for a experience worth being proud of for many lifetimes.
